WizTom for Java -
Reviewing the Translated Application
|
|
|
|
After the project's translation is complete,
it is important to check and make sure the
translated applet/application meets your
expectations. Issues that need to be checked
are:
proper
linkage with WizTom for Java libraries;
accuracy
of translations.
While the second point will require going
back to the translator to fix translations,
the first point can be fixed with WizTom
Studio's Deployment Helper.

Starting the
Translated Application |
 |
|
|
If you have selected the "Create shortcut
on desktop" option in the Deployment
Helper, an icon to the translated application
should be readily available on your desktop.
Double-click on it to launch the translated
application. If not, you will need to start
the translated application from the command
line, for instance:
C:\WIZDATA\Metalworks\deploy>java
Metalworks
In the latter case, make sure your current
working directory is the project's deployment
directory!
The WizTom Java Runtime window pops up
along with the original Metalworks application.

|
To switch language, simply click on the flag
for the language you want in the WizTom Java Runtime
Controller. Automatically, the target application
is refreshed with translations from the Multilingual
Database. Make sure the translations meets your
expectations before shipping the translated application
to your end-users.
