        It is with great sincerity that I express my gratefulness for your continuous business and trust throughout the years. Your ongoing business success has truly been reflected in our success, and so it gives me great pleasure in our tenth business year to share with you some exciting news regarding our expansions and improvements.

         Since its creation in 1997, WizArt Software has been the leading provider of software localization solutions. Thanks to its unique technology, WizTom is successfully being used and deployed by more than 150 companies.

         In 2002, it became apparent that the core of the WizTom technology could be further expanded to develop a new way of building tutorials and potentially revolutionize the e-learning industry. With the goal to address the learning market, a separate new entity – Assima - was created with a mission to develop a full range of products based on the concept of application cloning. Our unrivalled cloning technology is since being utilized across some of largest corporations worldwide.

         As of 2005, Assima’s international presence began to flourish with the acquisition of DACG UK followed by the acquisition of SystemLink Inc (United States) later in the year. This acquisition strategy has been successfully implemented thanks to the financial backing of FCPR Innovacom 5, a Venture Capital fund closely linked to France Telecom. Furthermore in 2006, the Daily Telegraph UK recognized Assima as the fastest growing company in the UK.

         In our continuous thrive for success, Assima recently introduced a new product dedicated to End User Performance and announced a breakthrough patented technology targeting Application Design.

         With products already targeting Application Design, User Performance, and Training, the integration of WizTom into the Assima product line was the next step to further cover the full application lifecycle. Thus bringing about the merger of WizArt Software and Assima through share exchange and introducing a complete suite of interrelated products for cost effectively managing complex application lifecycles.

         As part of its expansion strategy, Assima successfully completed a Private Placing operation that will be followed by a transfer on the Euronext Paris Alternext market on October 17, 2006. In upholding with our technological leadership reputation, Assima is persistent in advancements for research and development efforts into each of our products including WizTom in order to maintain its position as the leading localization solution.
